4. Purpose of data collection, processing or use

Nostalgiepalast  is a wholesaler and retailer of antique and new. The above products are traded. The data collection, processing and use is exclusively for the purpose of contract execution, i.e. the potential customer gives personal information such as name, address and communication data on the website during the ordering process or the use of personal contact, as well as when creating a customer account. In the course of an order process, he also gives information about the desired payment method of any purchases, for example, if he chooses the payment method bank transfer or PayPal. The selected payment method, incoming payments, possibly reminders etc. are assigned to a customer and saved (except PayPal).

5. Description of the group of persons concerned and the relevant data and data categories:

Customer data, employee data and data from suppliers if these are necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes stated under 4. above.
