Mermod Fréres waltz music box in walnut veneer from circa 1895 in original condition. The functioning music box with under-table, provided with ribbon inlay, is in very good condition and shows only minimal traces of use. It is equipped with Jacot's Patent Safety-Check, a safety feature that stops the waltz immediately if it turns suddenly. Otherwise the entire mechanism could be completely destroyed. There is a track indicator on the left side. This uses a pointer to point to the number of the song that is currently playing. You can also place the pointer on the number of the desired song title before playing it, so that you can only hear that title.
