BERKEL Volano B114 Mythos – Slicer

The Berkel Volano B114 Mythos is a professional flywheel cutter for all types of meat products, made of lacquered aluminum with stainless steel elements. The flywheel cutter is suitable for intensive use and for all types of meat products, especially smoked ham and high-quality meat products. The Volano is equipped with a German steel blade with a diameter of 33 cm and a round cutting capacity of 20 cm. It can be used to cut slices up to 3mm thick. The cutting machine is equipped with an integrated grinder. The disc thickness is adjusted using the traditional and therefore very precise mechanical displacement. It is finished with a cast iron and colour-coordinated base and cabinet.
